Admission Process

Conway Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, national, or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities available to them at the school. It does not discriminate based on race, color, or national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship programs, and other school-administered programs. 

The 8 Steps of Registration

Parent/guardian must do the following to register the student for Conway Christian Academy:

  1. Attend parent information session (if applicable)
  2. Schedule and attend an interview with the principal
  3. Consent for your child to take the entrance test
  4. Apply for available scholarships
  5. Read the Family Handbook 
  6. Complete and return registration form and handbook agreement form with the non-refundable registration fee 
  7. Submit the following documents to Conway Christian Academy:
    1. A copy of the student’s birth certificate
    2. A State of Florida immunization record showing that the student has met all of the state and local requirements for immunization or that the student is exempt for religious or medical purposes.
    3. A State of Florida health record or form showing that the student has met all of the state and local requirements for health examinations.
    4. A copy of the student’s most recent report card (if applicable)
    5. Scholarship award letter with award ID #

8. Sign all necessary forms

Please note that if parents are divorced or separated, the parent who has custody must sign the forms. If there are legal arrangements regarding the household, we require a copy of these documents for the student’s file. 

Registration Fee

  • The registration fee covers the cost of enrollment and processing fees.
  • It must accompany the student application before processing can begin.
  • The fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward tuition. 

Tuition and Fees

Families may pay tuition in one or a 10-month payment plan.

  • One-time payments are due by August 3rd; families choosing this option may be eligible for a discount.
  • Monthly payments are due on the 3rd of each month.

Payment will only be accepted by auto-pay setup.

Scholarships Accepted

Students seeking enrollment who have been awarded a scholarship must provide a copy of their award letter or letter of intent at the time of enrollment.
